Permission To Dream
Everything you see in the world today is in existence because somebody somewhere gave themselves the permission to dream. In fact, they not only gave themselves permission to dream, but they also went ahead and realized their dream.
For instance, today we have crappers (toilets) because one guy called Thomas Crapper thought of making life easy for his boss. Not sure what had happened but whatever it was, am glad we have toilets in our homes.
Remember the Wright Brothers? I guess if it weren't for them we'd still be sailing to America and other parts of the world not because we want to go on a cruise, but because that's the only way we could have been traveling long distance. Thank God for the Wright Brothers because through them, the concept of flying was introduced into the world.
In a world of 7 plus billion human beings, can you imagine how many pigeons we would need in order to send messages across, from one person to another, or from one person to a group of people? Poor pigeons! They'd be so exhausted from all the deliveries! But thanks to one Martin Cooper, he came up with the idea of a mobile phone, even though it may have been the size of a size 8 shoe. Today, we have sleek small phones that can do wonders, all because he dared to dream.
I could give you a long list of people who have done what most would have thought impossible, but they dared to dream and changed the way things happen in the world today.
What can you achieve in your lifetime, if you gave yourself permission to dream? What inventions do you have inside of you that if you dared to unleash the world would experience transformation?
Stop sitting behind someone else's dreams. Give yourself permission to dream then get up and work on your dreams. The universe is waiting for what you have to offer.
Be Ignited. Be Inspired. Be Influenced. Become the best version of yourself you can ever be.
