Meet the Speaker

In a world full of negativity, bad news and lots of drama, a little motivation and inspiration every day will go a long way in putting you in the right frame of mind to face your days (and nights too) with a positive mental attitude. That's where Liz comes in...

Ms. Liz Wachuka is a change agent whose focus is in transforming individuals and organizations through the adoption of disciplines and methods that have been proven over time. As an agent of change, her areas of focus include; disruptive business strategy solutions, human resource support services, publicity and public relations solutions among others.

Ms. Liz Wachuka is a fully certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems, under The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).  She is also a trained Kaizen Trainer with the necessary skills required to implement Kaizen in any organization.

Besides dealing with the corporate world, Ms. Wachuka has a passion for teens and young adults. As a mother of young adults herself, her desire to equip her children with the necessary tools to face this uncertain world acted as a catalyst for writing a book called The Routeen: A Winning Routine For Teens & Young Adults. The book is a “How-To” tool with a holistic approach towards transforming any individual’s life, and not just Teens and Young Adults.

It has been said that experience is the best teacher, and for Liz this has been very true. Thanks to the many mistakes she has made in her life, she has learned life changing lessons that have helped shape who she is today. She uses her writing and speaking to share her experiences in a bid to help others to avoid the same pitfalls she has encountered in her past.

Ms. Liz Wachuka’s mission is to transform individuals by igniting, inspiring and influencing them to maximize their potential and live a life that fulfills their purpose here on earth.

She is a living testament that what matters is not where you start in life but where you drive your life.
